About the Issuer

India Infradebt Limited (Infradebt), incorporated in October 2012, is India's first Infrastructure Debt Fund (IDF) established in the form of a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). The company is engaged in providing long-term financing and refinancing solutions for infrastructure projects, supporting the development of the country's infrastructure sector. Infradebt was promoted by ICICI Bank Limited, Bank of Baroda, Citicorp Finance (India) Limited, and Life Insurance Corporation of India Limited. As of December 31, 2025, ICICI Bank and Bank of Baroda were the largest shareholders with 42% and 41% stakes, respectively, followed by Citicorp Finance (India) Limited (10%) and Life Insurance Corporation of India Limited (7%). The company benefits from the strong parentage and financial backing of its marquee shareholders, an experienced management team with deep expertise in infrastructure financing, and a demonstrated track record in underwriting and risk management. Its prudent capitalisation profile and strong institutional support further strengthen its ability to support long-term infrastructure financing.
