About the Issuer

JM Financial Credit Solutions Limited (JMFCSL) is a middle-layer Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The company is engaged in providing credit solutions and became a wholly owned subsidiary of JM Financial Limited (JMFL) in 2025 following the acquisition of the stakes held by its other shareholders. JMFCSL also became the holding company of JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company Limited (JMFARCL). JMFCSL is promoted by JM Financial Limited, a leading diversified financial services group. The company benefits from the strong parentage of the JM Financial Group, established governance framework, and strategic importance within the Group's lending and credit platform.
