About the Issuer

Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL), incorporated in 1993, is the flagship company of the Adani Group. The company operates a diversified portfolio spanning coal trading, mining services, solar cell and module manufacturing, agro-processing, commodities trading, shipping, and bunkering. It has also served as the incubation platform for several of the Group's major businesses, including ports, thermal and renewable power, power transmission, and city gas distribution. AEL has undertaken significant infrastructure investments, including coal mining operations and rail evacuation infrastructure in Australia.
