About the Issuer

Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited (DCAL), incorporated in 1983, functions as an integrated CRAMS (contract research and manufacturing services) player, running multipurpose facilities across India, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, the UK, and China, in addition to dedicated production units for APIs and intermediates located at Bavla and Naroda, both in Gujarat. The company is promoted by the Dishman Group, alongside other key family members and professionals engaged in the business; the group maintains a well-established presence in the pharmaceutical and chemicals industries, with particular emphasis on contract research and manufacturing, custom synthesis, active pharmaceutical ingredients, and generics. DCAL's business profile is diversified, supported by stable operational performance within its Carbogen Amcis (EU) business, while revenue visibility has improved on the back of earlier capital expenditure and successful closure of regulatory inspections. The company's operations are organised into two business segments: contract research and manufacturing services, which accounts for the largest share of overall revenue, and marketable molecules, which contributes a comparatively smaller proportion of revenue.
