About the Issuer

Tata Capital Limited (TCL) is a subsidiary of Tata Sons Private Limited, which held a 78.8% stake in the company as of March 31, 2026, with the remaining shareholding spread across TMF Holdings Limited, Tata Investment Corporation Limited, the TCL Employee Welfare Trust, and other shareholders. On a consolidated basis, TCL reported a profit after tax of Rs. 4,891 crore in FY2026 on total managed assets of Rs. 3,05,134 crore as of March 31, 2026, up from a PAT of Rs. 3,655 crore on total managed assets of Rs. 2,61,511 crore as of March 31, 2025. On a standalone basis, the company posted a PAT of Rs. 3,201 crore in FY2026 on total managed assets of Rs. 2,18,046 crore as of March 31, 2026, compared with a PAT of Rs. 2,594 crore on total managed assets of Rs. 1,91,893 crore as of March 31, 2025.
