Patel Engineering Limited (PEL), incorporated in 1949, is a Mumbai-based engineering and construction company engaged in the execution of dams, bridges, tunnels, roads, piling works, industrial structures and other heavy civil engineering projects. The company primarily undertakes EPC projects in the hydroelectric, irrigation and water supply, transport and urban infrastructure sectors, and has also undertaken power, road and real estate development projects. PEL is managed by an experienced board of directors and has over seven decades of experience in the infrastructure sector. The company has established a strong execution track record across complex domestic and international projects. PEL benefits from its long operating history, established EPC capabilities and proven expertise in executing large and technically complex infrastructure projects. Its extensive portfolio of completed dams, hydroelectric projects and tunnelling works, along with its pan-India presence, supports its strong market position.
