About the Issuer

Namra Finance Limited (NFL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Arman Financial Services Limited (AFSL), a non-deposit-taking NBFC registered with the Reserve Bank of India. AFSL was originally engaged in two-wheeler financing and microfinance lending through the Joint Liability Group (JLG) model; however, NFL obtained an NBFC-Microfinance Institution licence from the RBI in February 2013, and from May 2013 onward, all new microfinance lending has been carried out through NFL. The company is backed by an experienced leadership team with strong expertise in financial services. The promoters have played a key role in expanding Namra Finance's reach and operations, supporting steady growth while maintaining a customer-focused lending approach. Namra Finance extends microfinance loans primarily through the JLG model, helping small entrepreneurs, self-employed individuals, and women-led groups access funding for their businesses. The company is focused on providing accessible credit to communities with limited access to traditional banking. It has expanded its operations across multiple states, growing its branch network to serve a wider customer base, while building strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to support its lending activities. Namra Finance has continued to adapt to evolving market needs while managing its operations efficiently.
