Indigrid Infrastructure Trust

IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust (formerly India Grid Trust) was established in October 2016 as an irrevocable trust under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, and is registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT). The Trust owns and operates a diversified portfolio of transmission and renewable energy assets across India, including operational and under-construction transmission projects, solar power assets, and battery energy storage systems, and has expanded significantly through multiple strategic acquisitions since its inception.
