About the Issuer

Sammaan Capital Limited (SCL), formerly Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited, was incorporated in 2005. In July 2024, it obtained a fresh certificate of registration from the RBI as a Non-Banking Financial Company – Investment and Credit Company (NBFC-ICC) and adopted its present name, and is now classified by the RBI as an Upper Layer NBFC. The company maintains a nationwide footprint of 218 branches as of December 31, 2025, with a consolidated AUM of Rs. 64,200 crore split across home loans (73%), loans against property (19%), and wholesale real estate loans (8%). As of March 31, 2026, ownership was spread across Avenir Investment RSC Ltd (28.46%), foreign portfolio investors (17.80%), individuals (26.60%), and the remaining 27.10% held by bodies corporate, mutual funds, alternative investment funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, and other investors.
