About the Issuer

The Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation Limited (APMDC) is a state-owned public sector entity incorporated on 24 February 1961 and registered under the Companies Act, 1956, functioning as a wholly-owned undertaking of the Government of Andhra Pradesh. As of 31 March 2025, the company had an authorised share capital of INR 100 million. APMDC's core operations centre on the excavation of mineral resources, encompassing exploration and mineral beneficiation, alongside efforts to develop the surrounding areas and protect the ecological systems around its mining operations.
