About the Issuer

Headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, Prachay Capital Limited is a non-deposit-taking NBFC belonging to the Prachay Group, promoted by Mr. Girish Lakhotiya. The Prachay Group was incorporated in 2014 as a debt syndication and advisory business, operating a boutique investment banking arm, Prachay Advisors, held under Prachay Holdings Private Limited. Prachay Capital began its lending operations in 2017, providing funding to real estate developers with an average ticket size of around Rs. 7-8 crore, tenures of up to 24 months, and a principal moratorium of up to 14 months. The company focuses on delivering financial solutions with quick turnaround times, structuring offerings around the needs of mid-to-large businesses, presently concentrated in the real estate sector. While its operations remain centred in Pune, Maharashtra, it has recently expanded into Haryana, Karnataka, Telangana, and Odisha. Prachay Capital reported a profit after tax of around Rs. 7 crore on total income of Rs. 71 crore in fiscal 2026, compared with a PAT of around Rs. 13 crore on total income of Rs. 58 crore in fiscal 2025.
