About the Issuer

NHIT is an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) formed by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) to manage and invest in operational road assets across India. It was registered as an InvIT under the SEBI (InvIT) Regulations on 28 October 2020, and focuses on monetizing national highways through toll road projects, with its portfolio expanded in stages over time.
