About the Issuer

Indel Money Limited (IML), incorporated in 1986, is a Kerala-based, non-deposit-taking Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) and a part of Indel Corporation Private Limited. The company offers a diversified range of financial products, including gold loans, MSME loans, secured and unsecured business loans, loans to group companies, personal loans, trader loans, and fee-based money transfer services. IML is promoted by Mr. Mohanan Gopalkrishnan, Managing Director, and Mr. Umesh Mohanan, Chief Executive Officer, and benefits from the backing of the Indel Group, which has interests across financial services, automobiles, hospitality, infrastructure, media, communications, and entertainment. The Group's diversified presence and experienced leadership provide strong support to the company's business franchise.
