About the Issuer

Raipur, Chhattisgarh-based Shri Ram Finance Corporation Private Limited (SRFCPL) was incorporated in 2004 as a non-deposit-taking NBFC, going on to commence lending in 2008 after obtaining its NBFC licence. The company provides two-wheeler financing, secured and unsecured loans to SME borrowers, and personal loans to government employees. SRFCPL is promoted by Mr. Ganesh Bhattar and his son Mr. Gaurav Bhattar, both of whom bring over a decade of experience in two-wheeler and MSME financing. The company operates across eight states — Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh — through a network of 248 branches as of September 30, 2025.
